Multiskilled Technician – Maintenance & Infrastructure at 100%
Your mission and responsibilities
- Ensure routine maintenance work, repairs, troubleshooting and necessary adjustments for the proper functioning of buildings, premises and equipment.
- Carry out versatile technical interventions, including installation, assembly, maintenance and improvement of infrastructures.
- Manage urgent interventions and adapt priorities according to the operational needs of the service.
- Participate in the logistical organisation of moves and rearrangements of work and operational spaces.
- Participate in the monitoring of infrastructure projects and works, as well as in supporting companies working on site.
- Collaborate with various internal trades and external service providers.
- Ensure the purchase of materials, tools, equipment and consumables necessary for the activity.
- Contribute to the safety of installations, premises and workspaces.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of interventions and the transmission of useful information for the functioning of the service.
Your profile
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical building trade, maintenance or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate proven experience in a demanding technical environment, ideally within a cultural institution, a complex building or a public infrastructure.
- Possess strong manual skills and be comfortable carrying out repairs, adjustments and routine maintenance work.
- Be capable of managing several tasks simultaneously and setting priorities according to urgencies.
- Enjoy teamwork and collaborate effectively with different interlocutors and trades.
- Show autonomy, responsiveness and a strong sense of service.
- Be comfortable with common IT tools and the administrative follow-up of interventions.
- Be able to perform tasks requiring occasional lifting of loads.
- Experience in technical building maintenance, carpentry or a manual finishing trade is an asset.
