Your Responsibilities
- Management of the Office's Central Services
- Accounting for the Office
- Coordination of Human Resources at the Office level
- Member of the Executive Management and support of the Executive Management in all administrative areas
Your Profile
- Vocational baccalaureate or commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience, preferably in administration, insurance, or healthcare
- Leadership experience (ideally in public administration)
- Experience in internal control systems and accounting or equivalent activity
- Completed course as a vocational trainer
- High social competence
- Enjoyment of organisational, digital, and coordinative tasks
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, structured, solution-oriented, and cross-team working style
- Very good written and spoken German, good spoken English and French skills
- Training and supervision of apprentices
- Support in internal office processes
- Organisation of telephone and counter service

The Office for Health is an office of the Health Directorate of the Canton of Zug. In addition to the Central Services, it includes the line departments Addiction Counselling, Child and Youth Health, Pharmaceutical Department, Medical Department, as well as the Department of Financing, Quality and Care.
