Product Owner System Team (CI/CD & Software Development), 80–100 %
What to expect
In an initial phase, your focus will be on three central topics:
- You are responsible for building and further developing standardised CI/CD pipelines for our central technology stacks.
- You define binding minimum standards for code, security, and automation together with the stakeholders.
- You support the teams in handling pipelines and standards and ensure that these are understandable, usable, and effectively anchored.
In the next step, you will specifically develop the System Team into a central enabler for other parts of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
- You drive automation across the entire development and delivery process.
- You promote professional software development with clear standards, effective automation, and a high maturity level.
- You identify high-benefit topics, prioritise them, and develop them further together with the team – for example in the areas of test management, environment management, release management, or development standards.
- You create the foundation for uniform frameworks, best practices, and reusable solutions.
- You ensure that the System Team grows with the organisation’s requirements and continuously develops and deliberately expands its impact.
What you bring
- You have an excellent understanding of modern software development, technical platforms, and cross-organisational collaboration.
- You think strategically and are technically effective in implementation at the same time.
- You understand the requirements of modern software development and bring solid, several years of experience in topics such as CI/CD, automation, testing, release management, integration, and DevOps – ideally from complex organisations.
- You navigate confidently in demanding IT landscapes – also in the interplay of standard software, in-house developments, cloud services, and on-premises systems.
- You can develop a clear product vision and structure, prioritise, and translate technical topics into an actionable roadmap.
- You act confidently in an environment with various stakeholders and manage to establish common goals and binding guardrails and effectively anchor them in an organisation.
- You think strategically but remain pragmatic and solution-oriented in implementation. You recognise where standardisation makes sense and where teams need the necessary freedom.
- You master the German language and communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience, and convincingly.
Your benefits
- You have a 41-hour week and can work part-time or flexibly. For selected activities, you can regularly work from home.
- CONCORDIA supports internal and external training. We accompany you individually in your career planning.
- We offer you an extremely attractive, secure pension fund with above-average employer contributions and generous benefits.
- You and your family benefit from reduced health insurance premiums.
- In the CONCORDIA family, you experience appreciation and team spirit.
- Your recovery is important to us: enjoy at least five weeks of holiday per year.
