IT Systems Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)

- You design and implement IT infrastructures for the company’s customers
- You support the service desk with your expertise
- Move, add, and change services are part of your responsibilities
- You update and create documentation
- You manage managed service solutions
Qualifications:
- Basic training EFZ / IT further education / IT specialist EFZ
- At least 2 years of experience in network/voice engineering
- You are well versed in at least two of the following areas: Webex Calling, Microsoft 365 & Azure, network or telephony.
- You hold manufacturer certifications at the level of Microsoft Teams, Voice Engineer, or Cisco Certified Network Associate
- You have project management experience and knowledge of ITIL processes
- You are used to working independently in a dynamic team
- You are a motivated and communicative personality who is not afraid of customer contact
- You have very good German and English skills
