WallisellenYour Tasks
- You manage the files of participants from the entry to the completion phase and maintain the internal database.
- You take on daily tasks such as telephone service or mail processing.
- You write minutes, create templates and instructions, and handle complex correspondence such as certificates or warnings.
- You are responsible for collecting and analysing statistics and key figures, for example on participant satisfaction or utilisation.
- You assist in preparing presentations and contribute to the planning and implementation of internal events and projects.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Solid knowledge of administrative processes and handling quality-relevant tasks
- Practical experience in organising and coordinating administrative tasks as well as in advising
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with IT-supported systems such as Tocco
- Excellent oral and written German skills (at least level C1)
- High degree of independence, reliability, resilience as well as strong social skills and service orientation

Start Date

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 70,000 and 85,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ’s financial possibilities.
