- Monitoring outstanding receivables and independently managing dunning processes
- Preparation of financial key figures, reports, and various business management analyses
- Preparation and timely submission of Swiss VAT returns
- Active support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility, focusing on accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- German as a native language / business fluent as well as good French and/or English skills
- Very good Excel skills and experienced in using ERP systems
- Flair for numbers, good communication skills

Tasks
- Handling all business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger- Monitoring outstanding receivables and independently managing dunning processes
- Preparation of financial key figures, reports, and various business management analyses

Profile
- Completed commercial basic training and further training as an accounting clerk- At least 5 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility, focusing on accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- German as a native language / business fluent as well as good French and/or English skills
- Very good Excel skills and experienced in using ERP systems
- Flair for numbers, good communication skills
