Your contributions include:

• You are responsible for the complete management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including leasing, contract and key management, as well as ensuring impeccable condition
• Thanks to your expertise and negotiation skills, you conduct successful negotiations and draft commercial leases and amendments
• You coordinate and carry out the entry and exit inspections of commercial spaces and ensure professional account closures
• Communication with owners, tenants, authorities, and other stakeholders, as well as organising meetings and information sessions for tenants, falls under your responsibility
• You are responsible for requesting and evaluating offers, awarding mandates to service providers, and controlling and validating orders and invoices from creditors

Your qualifications include:

• You have a basic commercial education and are a certified property manager with a federal diploma
• Additionally, you have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector and in commercial property management
• Your affinity for digital technology and strong IT and software skills enable you to use various systems with ease on a daily basis
• You are able to work in a team, are stress-resistant, and stand out with a customer- and service-oriented personality
• An efficient, goal-oriented working method and good communication skills qualify you to interact with demanding interlocutors
• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written. German and English are an advantage.
