Polisher - Case Finisher
Mission:
Complete polishing of all components related to the watch case (cases, backs, bezels, crowns, etc.) in all materials (steel and precious metals) while respecting the established quality and productivity criteria.
Job Description
- Master the execution of the following operations independently (brushing, lapping, cabroning, felting, polishing, satin finishing, brightening)
- Satin finishing: all types of satin finishes (sunburst, vertical, horizontal) with mastery of different techniques (freehand, slide, cabron, brush)
- Prepare necessary materials and tools.
- Visually and dimensionally inspect parts (using comparator, micrometer, control bench, caliper) before and/or after operation.
- Ensure the digital tracking of the work order.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
- Perform first-level maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Be able to train and transfer knowledge within the workshop's versatility framework.
Profile Sought
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in watch case finishing
- Excellent mastery of materials: steel, titanium, gold and platinum.
- Minimum 5 years experience in polishing watch cases.
