Our client

Your tasks
- In this central leadership position, you are responsible for the comprehensive management of a demanding client portfolio as well as the professional and personnel leadership of a small team. Your responsibilities include:
- Mandate and client responsibility: Independent management and advice of national and international clients (SMEs and private individuals) in all trustee and business management matters.
- Leadership tasks: Professional and personnel leadership, promotion and development of employees at the Grenchen location.
- Professional expertise: Preparation of annual financial statements, tax returns for natural and legal persons, VAT returns as well as complex accounting mandates.
- Consulting: Proactive advice to your clients in the areas of finance and accounting, taxes and business development.
- Location development: Active participation in the further expansion and success of the location.
Our requirements
- You are an entrepreneurial personality with proven professional and leadership competence. You bring:
- Education: A higher business administration qualification (e.g. Swiss federal diploma trustee expert, Swiss federal diploma auditor or trustee specialist certificate).
- Experience: Several years of solid professional and leadership experience in a comparable position in the Swiss trustee environment.
- Leadership competence: You are a motivating and integrative leader who knows how to lead a team to top performance.
- Customer orientation: You have a strong service understanding and maintain a professional approach to clients.
- Personality: High initiative, resilience and a networked way of thinking characterise you.
