IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an IT service company specialising in providing IT infrastructure for its customers. With a highly motivated team that values continuous training and a good working atmosphere, our Rocken partner is available to its customers for all IT matters.
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as an IT specialist and system engineer. In this role, you take responsibility for the development and operation of systems. You are responsible for analysing requirements and implementing solutions. With your professional-level experience, you are able to understand and optimise complex systems. You contribute your skills and knowledge to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
You identify technical customer needs and develop customised IT concepts for modern corporate environments.
You install and optimise server platforms, network infrastructures, and virtualised systems.
You ensure secure, high-performance, and reliable operation of the managed IT landscapes.
You independently support customers with technical queries – both on-site and via remote access.
You convey practical IT knowledge and assist users in the efficient use of their systems.
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT apprenticeship or hold a recognised Microsoft certification in the Windows Server environment.
You bring practical knowledge in system administration, network technology, and virtualisation.
You work independently, organise your assignments efficiently, and enjoy direct customer contact.
You demonstrate team spirit, flexibility, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
You think analytically, quickly recognise technical connections, and hold a category B driving licence.
