Senior Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
For a successful Swiss company, we are looking for an experienced individual who will take responsibility in finance and accounting and wants to make a difference with their expertise. In addition to day-to-day business, you can expect challenging tasks related to financial projects as well as the opportunity to actively develop processes and drive new solutions forward.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and carry out the consolidation of several companies
You take a central role in the monthly closings
You professionally support apprentices and assist them during their training
You ensure the correct handling of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting as well as payment transactions
You coordinate demanding projects in finance and accounting and oversee their implementation
Qualifications:
You have a solid education and training in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal professional certificate or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
You are proficient in accounting as well as in preparing financial statements and consolidations
You ideally have experience with Abacus and modern digital financial solutions
You already have leadership experience
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
