What you can achieve with us
- Design and further development of quality development and patient safety within Nursing & MTTB
- Initiation, management, and support of cross-departmental quality and development projects
- Analysis of quality indicators as well as derivation and follow-up of evidence-based improvement measures
- Further development of quality standards, guidelines, and action-guiding documents
- Representation of Nursing & MTTB in interprofessional committees, quality initiatives, and national specialist networks
- Consultation and support of clinical teams during audits, ANQ measurements, and quality-related issues
- Promotion of a modern quality and safety culture as well as anchoring best practices in clinical everyday life
What distinguishes you
- Completed Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Sciences (MSc), a doctorate is a plus
- Professional further training in quality management or in the field of patient safety
- Proven project experience and experience in dealing with different stakeholders, from clinical professionals to patients and relatives
- Ability to network people, persuade, and successfully drive change even without direct leadership responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in an interprofessional team
