Work where the ACTION is!

As an ACTION Assistant Store Manager, you will be jointly responsible for selling our surprising assortment as well as managing a team of store employees. You will support the Store Manager in sales monitoring, order and stock management, and propose ideas to improve store layout and shelf organisation to optimise sales. You will monitor the team’s progress and ensure the store always looks impeccable. You will also be jointly responsible for staff scheduling and recruitment management. You will answer questions from your colleagues and customers, ensuring they always leave with a smile.

What we are looking for?

• You have at least two years of professional experience in retail or a similar role
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and know how to motivate a team
• You are solution-oriented and your good humour is contagious
• You identify with ACTION’s culture: cost awareness, customer orientation, respect, teamwork, discipline and simplicity
• French is your mother tongue and you speak English
