Role:
In this role, you will take on the professional administration, monitoring, and further development of the IT system landscape, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance operations. You are responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of servers, networks, and central IT services, ensuring their high availability. Additionally, you analyse and resolve faults, coordinate adjustments, and work closely with other departments to implement technical requirements efficiently. You evaluate new technologies, contribute to the automation of recurring tasks, and actively bring your expertise to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure. With your structured, solution-oriented approach, you ensure that the IT environment reliably supports the professional objectives.
Responsibilities:
- You administer Microsoft 365 services as well as associated security and compliance functions.
- You manage end devices with Intune and SCCM, including software distribution, packaging, and patch management.
- In this role, you are responsible for identity & access management with Entra ID including MFA, conditional access, SSO, and hybrid integration.
- You operate and administer the Windows Server infrastructure (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) in hybrid environments.
- As a system administration and operations specialist, you use the Azure services included in E3 such as Azure AD, security defaults, and self-service password reset.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist with further education at HF/FH level or equivalent professional qualification
- Several years of practical experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
- Sound knowledge in endpoint management with Intune and SCCM
- Experience in identity & access management with Entra ID / Azure AD
- Ideally familiar with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
