Your daily tasks

At the heart of the brand's restaurant, you are responsible for welcoming and satisfying a large number of customers. Your main tasks include:

• Culinary preparation: Careful plating of dishes (hot dishes, starters, desserts) and preparation of cold and hot snacks in accordance with technical sheets.

• Setup: Attractive and meticulous arrangement of products in the display cases and on the counters to whet visitors' appetites.

• Customer service: Warm welcome, advice, and service with a smile to ensure a successful and smooth gourmet break.

• Hygiene and cleanliness: Constant maintenance of your workstation, the service area, and the dining room, in strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

• You are recognised for your dynamism and strong ability to work in a team.

• Customer service is second nature to you; you keep your smile and calm, even during peak busy periods.

• You demonstrate rigour, speed of execution, and have an excellent sense of organisation.

• A first experience in catering is essential
