Your Tasks

You act as a staff member / backup in daily operations and within the team.
Your main duties include daily support and advice for PEP users.
Training and support of PEP users from all professional groups are also part of your responsibilities.
You handle the processing of monthly closings in PEP as well as the data export of variable salary data and absences from PEP to HOSPIS.
Your area of responsibility includes reconciling sick leave with medical certificates in the tool.
You take on process and application responsibility in PEP.
We count on your collaboration in creating and updating documentation.
Through controlling and creating statistics for various contacts, you make a valuable contribution.
Participation in working groups on interface projects related to PEP rounds off your range of tasks.

Your Profile

A completed basic education in healthcare with professional experience
Very good IT user skills and a pronounced flair for IT topics, including handling databases and creating evaluations
Experience in resource and personnel deployment planning or disposition, preferably with Polypoint PEP, RAP and DIS
