Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You maintain customer relationships and develop them in the long term
You build new markets in the assigned territory and actively develop the market
You analyse prices, margins and sales and implement targeted measures for optimisation
You contribute your ideas to the further development of sales strategies
You work closely with internal departments and partners
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training or degree in a technical field
Further training in technology (e.g. milling technology) or business administration is an advantage
Several years of sales experience, ideally in the food industry
Confidence in using CRM tools and MS Office
Strong communication skills, customer focus and structured working style
Willingness to travel within the sales area
Very good German skills as well as English – additional languages are a plus
