Role:
In this role, you design innovative ICT solutions and contribute to the further development of hybrid cloud infrastructures. You take responsibility for implementing modern technologies and promote sustainable technical partnerships. Through your technical know-how and experience, you strengthen the operation and scalability of complex cloud environments. You work closely with various stakeholders and develop solutions optimally tailored to individual requirements. In doing so, you make a decisive contribution to successful digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you develop individual technical solutions in hybrid infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- You identify potential challenges early and proactively derive suitable solutions for your customers.
- As a technical contact person, you support both colleagues and sales in technical concepts.
- You implement ideas and requirements from the project environment into technical implementations and are responsible for their successful realisation.
- You independently manage your customers in the technical day-to-day business and actively contribute improvement suggestions.
- As a cloud infrastructure specialist, you analyse faults in 2nd and 3rd level support and contribute to the continuous development of the systems.
Qualifications:
- You have several years of professional experience in Microsoft environments, with solid know-how in virtualisation, Microsoft 365 as well as initial knowledge in Azure.
- Security is a central aspect for you, which you always consider when implementing solutions.
- Thanks to regular training, you stay technologically up to date and bring openness to new developments.
- You convince through your ability to react flexibly to new technologies and situations.
- Carefulness, responsibility and a high quality standard characterise your working style.
- With your category B driving licence, you are ready for occasional personal visits to customers in hybrid working models.
