Role:
Professional installation, maintenance and repair of coffee machines
Checking device functions and ensuring flawless operation
Setting up and professional dismantling of machines directly at the customer’s site
Recording and documenting performed service and repair work
Ensuring reliable customer service within the framework of planned on-call duties
Responsibilities:
Completed technical basic training, for example as an automotive mechatronics technician, electromechanic, polymechanic or in a comparable profession
Good user knowledge of MS Office and Outlook; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
Independent, careful and reliable working style
Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of practical activities
Customer-oriented manner and sense of responsibility
Willingness to take on on-call duties
