- Management of security updates for Windows Servers.
- Testing patches in test environments before rollout.
- Customer support regarding their ICT work environment, as well as analysis and resolution of issues after updates.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Creation of documentation and operating instructions.
- Collaboration with infrastructure, security and application teams.
- Automation of patch processes and reporting.
- This position may include an on-call duty in the future.
- Education in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH) or comparable academic degree.
- Knowledge in patch and update management (WSUS/SALT/ANSIBLE).
- Experience with IT security and compliance requirements.
- Analytical, structured and independent working style.
- Experience in testing, error analysis and documentation.
- Understanding of complex IT environments with a high awareness of quality.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally English or French skills.

Profile
- Several years of experience in system engineering (Windows Server and Linux).- Education in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH) or comparable academic degree.
- Knowledge in patch and update management (WSUS/SALT/ANSIBLE).
- Experience with IT security and compliance requirements.
- Analytical, structured and independent working style.
- Experience in testing, error analysis and documentation.
- Understanding of complex IT environments with a high awareness of quality.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally English or French skills.
