System Engineer - SMEs & Cloud | Level Up ? (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the technical support of SME clients with support services at first and second level as well as structured error analysis via remote access, telephone and on-site visits.
Administration of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory including user management as well as installation and ongoing support of Windows client and server environments.
Monitoring and maintenance of customer infrastructures, implementation of security measures and clear documentation of the systems used and solutions developed.
Participation in migrations, managed services, automation and IT projects with increasing technical responsibility in more demanding client mandates.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification as well as experience with Microsoft-based IT environments.
Good knowledge of Windows clients and Windows servers, practical experience with Microsoft 365 and basic understanding of networks, WLAN and firewalls.
Knowledge of IT security, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, WatchGuard, Hyper-V, VMware or comparable virtualisation technologies is an advantage; the same applies to existing Microsoft 365 certifications.
Fluent written and spoken German and English and a category B driving licence are required.
