Tasks
Case processing: You independently carry out administrative tasks related to speeding and red light violations as well as regulatory fines in road traffic. This includes, among other things, processing and checking fine data, identifying vehicle owners and drivers, and handling reports according to the cantonal offence law. In addition, you provide simple information and process incoming correspondence.
Reliable and flexible: With your careful and forward-looking way of working, you contribute significantly to the correct and smooth handling of administrative processes. You set priorities, respond flexibly to different requirements, and take on additional tasks at short notice if necessary.
Teamwork: You work in a committed team and regularly exchange with your colleagues. During induction and on professional questions, you are accompanied and supported by experienced specialists.
Profile
Experience: You have experience in structured handling of data and its preparation and evaluation. In addition, you have a confident oral and written communication ability in German.
Personality: You are flexible and appreciate systematic workflows as well as efficient working techniques. You enjoy working in a team, are responsible, and are characterised by an open personality.
Education: You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
