Our cutters are used worldwide by renowned companies from the graphic industry, packaging, textile or leather sectors, as well as by processors of composites.
 
To strengthen our Service & Support department, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented individual for technical 1st level support.

YOUR TASKS

• Independent execution of installations, maintenance and fault diagnosis at our Swiss customers on site
• First point of contact and technical support from the home office
• Recording of faults and structured documentation of cases in the ticket system
• Occasional support at the headquarters in Altstätten and worldwide assignments to support branches
• Collaboration in maintaining support documents, knowledge base and internal instructions

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Completed technical training, ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, computer science or a comparable field
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment in systematically narrowing down faults and finding customer-oriented solutions
• Affinity for software, networks and digital processes
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, patience and enjoyment in direct exchange with customers and internal specialists
• Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland up to 80%
• Valid driving licence (Category B)
