CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT where you can demonstrate your skills. In this role, you take responsibility for construction and project management, dedicating between 80 and 100 percent of your working time. You are responsible for the successful execution of construction projects and bring your experience and expertise to master complex tasks. As a professional in your field, you are able to perform your duties independently and efficiently. You are ready to apply your skills and experience in this demanding role and to be successful.
Responsibilities:
Training as an architect, civil engineer, HF technician or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in project or execution management
Sound knowledge of Swiss construction processes and standards
Organisational strength, assertiveness and strong communication skills
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Qualifications:
Training in construction, e.g. as a construction manager, architect, civil engineer or HF technician
Several years of experience in construction management
Good knowledge of Swiss construction processes and standards
Organisational skills, negotiation confidence and assertiveness
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
