Deputy Production & Logistics Manager (fodder feed)

Exciting tasks

• Coordinate and supervise production activities with the support of team leaders
• Ensure product quality as well as compliance with safety requirements and procedures
• Optimise processes, manufacturing parameters and plant performance
• Participate in investment projects and the development of production equipment
• Accompany, support and develop team members
• Work closely with maintenance to ensure availability and reliability of the plants.

Profile sought

• Qualified miller or equivalent training in the food industry
• Proven experience in the manufacture of fodder feed or in an automated industrial environment
• Experience in managing production processes and leading teams
• Strong interest in process optimisation and continuous improvement
• Independent, committed and solution-oriented personality
• Fluency in French; knowledge of German is a real asset, otherwise English.
