Head Housekeeper

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a leader for a hotel in Suhr. We are looking for a host or hostess with a strong presence in the operation and enjoyment of direct guest contact.

Responsibilities

* Operational management of the service area in the hotel and restaurant operation
* Active host role with a strong presence on the floor
* Leadership, motivation and support of the service team in daily operations
* Ensuring smooth service processes and high guest satisfaction
* Responsibility for compliance with quality and service standards
* Support in planning and organising events and group occasions
* Close cooperation with the kitchen, reception and hotel departments

Profile

* Several years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant or hotel sector
* Strong hosting skills and enjoyment of direct guest contact
* Positive, motivating and team-oriented personality
* High service orientation and quality awareness
* Structured and solution-oriented working style
* Sense of responsibility and organisational talent

* Very good German language skills, spoken and written* Leadership position with high guest contact and scope for design
