360° Property Manager M/F

Responsibilities

• Complete and autonomous management of a real estate portfolio.
• Managing relationships with owners, tenants and partner companies.
• Administrative follow-up of leases, amendments, terminations and re-lettings.
• Organisation and execution of property inspections.
• Management of claims, maintenance and renovation works.
• Invoice control and monitoring of maintenance budgets.
• Advising and supporting owners in enhancing the value of their assets.
• Ensuring proactive, professional and meticulous communication with all stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar role MANDATORY.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss tenancy law.
• Federal diploma as a property manager is an advantage.
• Proven experience in autonomous management of a residential and commercial portfolio.
• Proactive and solution-oriented personality.
• Rigour, organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Conscientious, autonomous, caring and reliable individual.
