Junior IT Technician User Support & IT Infrastructure

RRG Suisse SA is a Swiss company, a subsidiary of the Renault Group, active in the automotive distribution sector for the Renault, Dacia, Alpine and Nissan brands. We have more than 330 employees and are present in 4 cantons (Geneva, Vaud, Zurich and Fribourg), with 10 subsidiaries.

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a:

Directly reporting to the Country IT Manager, you will participate in daily user support as well as the maintenance and development of the company’s IT systems.

You will join a dynamic team and benefit from an environment that allows you to quickly develop your technical skills on a variety of professional infrastructures.

Your mission

• Provide first and second level user support
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network incidents
• Install, configure and maintain workstations and peripherals
• Participate in the administration and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures
• Ensure monitoring and management of the IT and telephone fleet
• Collaborate with IT suppliers and partners
• Participate in the company’s IT projects
• Document procedures and interventions carried out

Technical skills

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365)
• Good basics in systems and network IT
• Natural curiosity for new technologies
• Interest in programming, application development or automation
• Some initial experience or knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar technologies) is an asset
• Motivation to learn new technologies and to progress in the IT field
• Linux knowledge: an asset

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as IT technician or equivalent training
• Experience gained through apprenticeship, internship or professional activity is an asset
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Good understanding of technical English
• Good knowledge of German: an asset
• Beginners accepted
