System Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Azure (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You continuously maintain and develop our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.
You administer central cloud services such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
You design and implement solutions for Modern Workplace, cloud migration and hybrid infrastructures.
You analyse technical faults, take on demanding support cases and ensure stable operation of our systems.
You automate recurring tasks with PowerShell and further develop existing operational processes.
You participate in exciting infrastructure projects and accompany changes, migrations and rollouts.
You implement security and compliance requirements in the Microsoft cloud and further develop existing protection mechanisms.
You document technical solutions and support internal and external contacts with questions about the Microsoft platform.
Qualifications:
You have training or a degree in computer science, systems engineering or a comparable qualification.
You have professional experience as a system engineer and practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
You have good knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
You have experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft environments.
PowerShell and automation ideally belong to your technical toolkit.
You are interested in cloud security, identity & access management and modern infrastructure concepts.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and like to take on technical responsibility.
You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
