ERP Consultant - Construction (m/f/d)

In this role, you support Swiss SMEs in the implementation of clever software solutions around Abacus in the construction environment and use new technologies specifically to optimise construction processes. You apply your understanding of workflows in SMEs or larger companies to analyse business processes and improve them with suitable digital solutions. You combine your interest in software with your fascination for the opportunities of digitalisation in construction. You contribute to companies making their processes more efficient and better exploiting their potential. You consciously take on something new professionally and actively shape the digital transformation in the construction environment.
Responsibilities:
You support Swiss SMEs in the introduction and adaptation of Abacus AbaBau
You analyse construction processes, record customer needs, and document requirements
You independently manage customer projects and implement the solutions on site
You also organise and conduct workshops and user training
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education at FH/HF level or in the construction industry
Enthusiasm for IT, digitalisation, and construction processes
Experience with Abacus or ERP systems is an advantage
Fluent written and spoken German and strong motivation for personal and professional development
