Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)
Role:
As an accounting clerk, you will take on a variety of tasks in accounting at our ROCKEN partner. You are responsible for payment transactions, monitor liquidity, and support closing as well as budget and controlling tasks. You actively contribute to the further development of internal processes.
Responsibilities:
You manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting and oversee dunning and debt collection.
You are responsible for cash management, prepare daily cash reconciliations, and reconcile cash balances.
You prepare periodic VAT returns and ensure their timely submission.
You assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
You handle payment transactions and monitor liquidity.
You participate in budget and controlling tasks.
You actively shape internal processes and contribute to their optimisation.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial basic education and further training in accounting form your professional foundation.
You already have professional experience in finance and human resources.
Your working style is independent, precise, and reliable.
You are characterised by interconnected thinking and organisational skills.
You are confident with MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
German is your native language.
