Job Description

• You lead a team of 40-60 employees and develop it purposefully
• You ensure that logistics, product safety, and traceability are guaranteed at all times
• You plan and control all processes in the warehouse as well as the use of packaging and auxiliary materials
• You analyse key figures and optimise processes purposefully
• You actively work with the ERP system and continuously improve processes
• You take on deputy duties in the packaging area if required

We expect

• Completed training in logistics or comparable, for example Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Experience in a leadership role, ideally in production or the food environment
• Good knowledge of packaging technology
• Experience handling food as well as knowledge of relevant hygiene and quality requirements, especially GMP and HACCP
• You work in a structured manner and take responsibility
• You make decisions and implement them in everyday life
• You speak good French and can communicate in German
