Digitally mapping projects, contracts and services requires more than just system knowledge. We are looking for a personality who understands Abacus, analyses operational processes and develops efficient solutions for demanding customer projects.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and professional support in the further development of Abacus solutions
Design of digital processes
Analysis of existing workflows and identification of automation and optimisation potential
Independent management of ERP projects from requirements analysis to go-live
Development of practical solution concepts based on individual business requirements
Parameterisation and configuration of the Abacus environment
Planning and execution of functional tests as well as quality assurance
Support of customers during process changes and digital transformation projects
Conducting workshops and practical user training
Consulting key users and specialists on professional and system-related issues
Documentation of processes, requirements and solution concepts
Contributing own ideas for the further development of modern ERP processes
Qualifications:
Several years of practical experience with Abacus ERP
Experience in ERP consulting, business analysis or process optimisation
Good understanding of service, contract and project processes
Ability to translate professional requirements into structured digital solutions
Experience in parameterisation and implementation of business software
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Independent and responsible working style
Strong communication and consulting skills
Enjoyment of customer projects and varied tasks
