Sales Support Clerk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Support and advise customers domestically and abroad
- Preparation of offers and order processing
- Communication with internal departments, suppliers and customers
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely deliveries
- Maintenance of customer and order data in the CRM system
- Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Close cooperation with the field sales team
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in sales or internal sales advantageous
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Organisational talent and structured working method
- Teamwork and commitment
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
