Your activities

• act independently and prospect existing and potential clients as an expert in pension fund solutions (LPP) and personal insurance (LCA, LAA, LAAC)
• work on implementing optimal comprehensive solutions, especially in the area of executives
• analyse existing solutions and develop solutions for the future
• take responsibility for tenders and submissions, as well as conducting negotiations with pension providers and potential asset managers, and finalise results in a comparative model
• conduct annual interviews with clients
• support, at project level, the current autonomous pension solutions in their reorientation
• develop solid decision-making bases for our clients
• identify and implement cross-selling and upselling opportunities with advisors from Valiant Bank branches
• actively contribute to the development of the brokerage service offering
• know how to convince and inspire enthusiasm as a speaker at trade fairs and client events

You possess

• an unwavering commitment to client follow-up and acquisition
• knowledge of the current market as well as several years of professional experience in advising companies on pension fund solutions and personal insurance
• the required conditions and registration in the FINMA intermediary register
• preferably experience gained within an insurance company, a broker or a collective foundation, in the field of distribution and client acquisition
• a likeable personality and a charismatic and confident appearance
• good IT skills (WinVS, Sobrado, Microsoft applications)
• French as a mother tongue and proficiency in German is an asset
• willingness to travel in the Romandie region, with the possibility to choose your workplace location (in one of the Valiant Bank branches in French-speaking Switzerland)
