Junior Sales Assistant – 80% to 100%

Produits Epagny SA is a company based in the heart of the Gruyère region, at the foot of the historic village of Gruyères, in Epagny. It enjoys a first-class reputation for its dried meat specialties with a typically Romand charm. Produits Epagny SA currently employs 130 staff and processes around 1,800 tonnes of meat products per year, with a total of 750 references.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities:

• Managing customer requests: preparing offers, follow-ups, order confirmations and handling complaints
• Support for internal sales: processing and following up administrative files
• Customer contact: daily telephone and written exchanges in French and German
• Events and animation: organising and occasionally hosting tastings for our clients and partners
• Communication: updating the website and managing social media

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Native French or German speaker, with excellent knowledge of the other language (spoken and written)
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent sense of contact and communication
• Rigour, autonomy and strong organisational skills
• Flexibility, proactivity and a very good team spirit
• Good stress management and ability to handle priorities effectively
• Previous experience in customer service, reception or sales is an asset
