Start your future at Visana and actively shape your training. At our headquarters in Bern, we offer you a commercial apprenticeship in the service & administration sector starting summer 2027. From the very beginning, you will be part of the team and take on exciting tasks. We support you in optimally linking your knowledge from practice and vocational school. Competent trainers and colleagues will accompany you and are always available to assist you with professional and personal questions.

Your tasks

• During your four-year training, you will get to know various departments of Visana
• You will perform general administrative tasks
• You will handle customer enquiries and take on telephone duties
• You will assist in organising and supporting events and occasions

Your profile

• You hold a valid Swiss Olympic Talent Card and are ambitiously engaged in competitive sport

• You have completed primary school with good results and have already passed the Multicheck test for commercial clerk EFZ
• You find it easy to make contact and have an outgoing personality
• You enjoy working on the computer and are familiar with MS Office
• You are enthusiastic, motivated and have a high level of commitment
