In this role, you take central responsibility for the implementation, support and optimisation of Microsoft 365 environments. You advise and support customers in the introduction and use of M365, thus making a significant contribution to the digitalisation and efficiency enhancement of their business processes. You implement and manage applications such as Exchange Online, Entra, Intune, Teams and OneDrive and continuously develop existing M365 environments. In addition, you work closely with other IT teams and internal software development to integrate M365 optimally into the IT infrastructure and to test and expand new possibilities. Through training and workshops, you impart your expertise and strengthen the skills of users in handling M365.
Responsibilities:
You implement and manage Microsoft 365 solutions and continuously develop them
You support our customers in the introduction and use of M365
Together with IT teams and software development, you integrate M365 into the existing infrastructure
Additionally, you conduct training and workshops for customers
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 and sound knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Teams and OneDrive
You are characterised by a customer-oriented, communicative and solution-focused working style
You have excellent written and spoken German
