Technical Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent execution of maintenance, repair and servicing work on production machines, technical systems as well as building technical installations according to specifications and set schedules

• Monitoring and ensuring the trouble-free operation of all building technical systems

• Responsibility for the management and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas as well as carrying out minor tasks in groundskeeping

• Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety throughout the entire operational area

• Coordination and supervision of external service providers such as craftsmen, service technicians and gardening specialists

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance, caretaker or a comparable technical qualification

• Several years of professional experience in operational maintenance, ideally in a production or commercial enterprise

• Sound knowledge of building technology (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) as well as technical understanding of production systems

• Independent, structured and reliable working style with a high awareness of quality

• Strong manual skills and practical problem-solving competence

• Flexibility and willingness for on-call duty in case of technical faults and fire alarms as well as for assignments outside regular working hours (lunch, evening, Saturday)

• Team spirit, strong communication skills and service-oriented manner in dealing with internal contacts and external service providers
