Head of Finance and Human Resources 80-100% (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as Head of Finance and Human Resources where you can apply your skills and experience. In this role, you take responsibility for finance and human resources and are a member of the management team. You are responsible for the strategic direction and implementation in your area and contribute your professional experience. You are part of the leadership team and contribute to the overall company strategy. You are ready to bring your skills and experience to this demanding role and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure the strategic and operational financial processes within AFA Bus AG
- In this role, you lead the finance and human resources departments
- As Head of Finance and Human Resources, you are responsible for the application management of the new financial application
- You coordinate the compensation processes of AFA Bus AG in coordination with the federal government, cantons and municipalities
- You are the point of contact for business management questions
- You organise and manage human resources, including payroll, social insurance and personnel administration
Qualifications:
- You have a business administration education from a university of applied sciences or university, possibly with further training in finance or controlling
- You have extensive knowledge of finance and controlling with several years of qualified experience
- You are a responsible and goal-oriented personality with high social competence
- You think entrepreneurially, strategically and analytically with a good flair for numbers
- You are strong in implementation through commitment, role modelling, motivational ability, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- You have good language skills as well as solid IT knowledge
