The Haut-Léman Health Network is tasked with providing the population of the Eastern Vaud and Valais Chablais region with an efficient and innovative regional health system. It coordinates care, guides users through the health system, and continuously adapts its framework to ensure the population has a complete chain of health services. It develops projects and offers its members services likely to improve their own operations and ensures it acts in complementarity with other existing services. It offers a varied activity in a constantly evolving public interest field.
The Regional Information and Orientation Office (BRIO) informs, advises, and guides the population and professionals within the medico-social network, according to the needs of users and their close carers. BRIO is a major player in medico-social coordination at the regional level.
As part of the evolution of our organisation, we are looking for a:
Deputy to the BRIO Manager
responsible for the operational management of the Liaison & Coordination teams
Work rate: 90%
Start date: 1 February 2027 or to be agreed
Your mission
Under the responsibility of the BRIO Manager, you ensure close management and operational leadership of a scope of 23 EPT, composed of coordination nurses (IDC), liaison nurses (IDL), and the liaison secretariat. You contribute to the quality of services and the continuity of pathways between accommodation, home, hospital, and various health partners.
Your main responsibilities
- Supervise, support and evaluate staff, and develop their skills
- Participate in recruitment and integration of new staff
- Organise activity, attendance and absences ensuring continuity of services across different sites
- Strengthen synergies between IDC – IDL and monitor service quality
- Coordinate interfaces between teams, IDL-IDC, RSHL teams and health partners
- Be the contact person for partners regarding the operational functioning of Liaison and Coordination
- Contribute to sector development projects
Your profile
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification, complemented by management training
- Proven experience in coordinating care pathways, notably in liaison roles between different health system actors, as well as in leading and managing teams
- Good knowledge of the Vaud socio-health network; knowledge of the Valais network is an asset
- Leadership, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills with a strong sense of collaboration and interpersonal ease
- Ability to support and lead change, unite teams and support the evolution of practices
