Your new challenge, should you choose to accept it:
As a trust expert, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Management and supervision of mandates for a varied clientele
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Strategic and tax advice to clients
- Supporting clients in their digital transformation and optimisation of their management processes
- Participation in the deployment and use of innovative solutions, notably around Odoo, process automation and artificial intelligence tools
- Monitoring technological developments and identifying improvement opportunities for clients and the trust company
- Supervision and training of staff
- Active participation in the development of the trust company
Your profile: more than a CV, a personality
Above all, we are looking for someone who shares our values and wishes to commit for the long term.
- Diploma as a trust expert or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Proven experience in trust management
- Successful initial management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss and French accounting and tax standards
- Awareness of new technologies, digitalisation of accounting professions and artificial intelligence tools
- Interest in process optimisation and supporting clients in their digital transformation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
