Your main responsibilities:
- Corrective and preventive maintenance (electronic and mechanical) on machining, laser, and surface treatment machines
- Improve and modify machines (sensors, motors, axes, CNC compensations)
- Diagnose faults using monitoring software
- Create and update technical documentation (electrical diagrams, assembly plans)
- Support R&D (prototypes, 3D printing, automation)


What we are looking for:
- Federal VET Diploma as an automation technician or electrician, or technician training
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Languages: French and German essential
- Assets: experience with CNC controls (FANUC, Beckhoff), knowledge of mechanics, Inventor
- Practical, methodical, and autonomous mindset
- Comfortable communicating at all levels and working in a multidisciplinary team
- Residence: Neuchâtel or nearby region
