We are looking for our future:
As part of managing our vehicle fleet (more than 200 buses and trolleybuses) spread over two depots (Perrelet and Borde), you are responsible for:
- Preparing and making vehicles available according to the offer and operational directives
- Planning and organising vehicle entries and exits taking into account available resources
- Applying and monitoring data received from our management system and updating computer databases as well as managing technical alarms (vehicles, infrastructure)
- First-level maintenance operations (vehicles, infrastructure)
- Managing and planning vehicle cleaning via external service providers
- Transferring vehicles within and between depots
The position involves irregular / night shifts.
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Public Transport Agent or in logistics and/or operations and have initial experience in vehicle planning or a transport logistics centre
- You have perfect oral and written command of French
- A category D driving licence is an advantage
- You are a committed and autonomous employee
- You are recognised for your listening and communication skills
- You are comfortable with IT tools, knowledge of SAP and Hastus is an advantage, or other planning tools
Please attach to your application, in addition to the usual documents: your Swiss driving licence R/V, a Swiss criminal record extract and a SIAC extract (formerly ADMAS) dated less than 3 months.
*The SIAC extract is an official document certifying any history of licence withdrawals and warnings related to the driving licence. You can obtain it from the Automobile Service of your region (SAN).
