As part of the launch of the Lausanne tramway scheduled for the end of 2026, and in order to raise awareness, guide and inform the public as well as public transport users, we are recruiting, on behalf of our client, the Public Transport of the Lausanne region (TL), several:
Customer Service Assistant (M/F)
Temporary assignment from 4 October 2026 - Tramway launch
Job Description
- Welcome, guide and inform the public as well as public transport users;
- Raise public awareness of appropriate behaviour near the tramway;
- Inform those present about the testing process and the upcoming launch of the tramway;
- Answer general questions regarding the project and its operation;
Profile Sought
- You have a sense of contact and customer service;
- You reside in the region and know Lausanne and its public transport network perfectly;
- You have an excellent command of the French language and possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- You are an empathetic, proactive and responsive person;
- You are comfortable using a smartphone and the TL, SBB and WhatsApp applications.

- From 6:00 to 13:30
- From 13:30 to 19:00
- You must be available for the mandatory in-person training on Thursday 1 October 2026, from 16:00 to 17:00.
