Auditor with Fiduciary Focus - Sursee (m/f/d)
Role:
In this responsible role, you take on a central function at the interface between fiduciary services, limited audits, and SME consulting. You manage national client mandates holistically and contribute your proven expertise in financial statement and audit practice. You independently lead mandates, make well-founded decisions, and actively shape collaboration within a small, experienced team. You can expect a versatile environment where you take on professional responsibility and apply your expertise purposefully. Additionally, you contribute to the further development of modern, digitally supported fiduciary processes and thus significantly influence the design of efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage fiduciary mandates and comprehensively advise national SME clients on accounting, tax, and business management issues
You prepare and review annual financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and, if necessary, financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
You conduct limited audits and ensure professional, structured, and audit-compliant mandate processing
You support clients on topics related to taxes, VAT, financial statement preparation, and ongoing financial processes
You actively participate in the digital advancement of fiduciary and audit processes
Qualifications:
You hold a federal diploma as a fiduciary expert or auditor or are undergoing corresponding further training
You have at least three years of professional experience in auditing, audit, or a mandate-oriented fiduciary role
You have solid experience in preparing and auditing financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations; knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage
You work independently, solution-oriented, and customer-focused and impress with high social competence and a professional appearance
You communicate very well in German and well in English
