Electrical Service Technician (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You take on service and repair orders in the field of electrical engineering for commercial, industrial and residential buildings
- You carry out maintenance and repair work on electrical systems
- You advise and support customers on site professionally
- You maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
- You handle orders independently and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards
- You actively participate in solving problems and enquiries in the service area
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in customer service, especially in service, maintenance and small orders
- You demonstrate high initiative, flexibility and work independently
- You enjoy dealing with customers and present yourself confidently and friendly, working precisely and reliably
- You take responsibility for your tasks and set high quality standards
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
