Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a leading competence centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy. The company offers comprehensive psychiatric care, ranging from early detection to outpatient and inpatient treatments and rehabilitation. In addition, our Rocken partner is committed to specialised psychiatric care as well as education and research.
Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor and further develop ICT infrastructures holistically and ensure their availability, performance and security
Administer and optimise Microsoft infrastructures, especially Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Manage, optimise and ensure the reliable operation of virtualisation, storage, backup and recovery environments
Analyse complex technical faults at 2nd and 3rd level, identify causes and implement sustainable solutions
Technically support infrastructure projects, migrations and rollouts and implement new systems and solutions
Develop, implement and continuously improve security solutions and measures together with internal departments and external partners
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent) and several years of experience in system engineering or ICT infrastructure environment
Solid practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Good knowledge of virtualisation, servers, storage, networks and cloud infrastructures
Experience with backup, recovery, monitoring and IT security as well as the secure operation of modern ICT environments
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility and strong initiative
Strong customer and team orientation, appropriate communication skills and very good German and English skills; additional language skills are a plus
