What you will achieve

• Managing condominium owners and co-properties
• Organising and conducting apartment viewings/handovers/takeovers
• Responsible for maintaining contact with tenants, owners, craftsmen, and authorities
• Managing the property portfolio and organising condominium owners’ meetings
• Contributing to property accounting

What you bring with you

• You have in-depth professional experience in the property industry as well as solid expertise in property accounting
• Further training in property management is a plus
• You are characterised by proactive thinking, agility, and a quick grasp
• Proficient MS Office and good IT skills
• Good command of the German language
