Technical Sales Consultant Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you work at the interface between sales, planning and construction. You accompany demanding customer projects at home and abroad and develop technical as well as economic approaches for individual construction projects together with specialists.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business contacts in relevant professional circles
Maintain existing contacts regarding ongoing and new projects
Technically classify project ideas and discuss possible implementations with specialists
Develop the basis for costs and offers
Coordinate planning and development issues with external parties
Organise and conduct discussions, presentations and workshops with customers
Accompany the technical implementation during realisation
Further develop international customer projects from a sales perspective
Qualifications:
Training in timber construction with advanced technical education
Experience in consulting, sales or project-related business development
Understanding of construction, planning and technical feasibility
Confident manner with customers, planners and specialists
Very good German and English skills
Independent and responsible working style
Enjoyment of international project business and regular travel activity
